The Friends of Rouge Park (FORP) is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 by people passionate about the future of Detroit’s largest park. We develop partnerships with community stakeholders and park user groups to advocate for the maintenance, improvement and protection of the natural and recreational amenities of the park. We sponsor and co-sponsor volunteer work days, events and activities.
